Full service inside and outside clean! Can't beat it. My only suggestion is adding a tip line to receipts or square or another app that doesn't charge a fee to tip. I forgot cash and it is not added in the receipt. I used the virtual tip box but it charges a fee to tip which may discourage customers from tipping.

Always took my car here years ago every other week for the ultimate package haven’t been in years up until today and not impressed and won’t be back. Floors were barely vacuumed nothing was wiped and we had our truck cleaned out for a reason, would rather pay $30 somewhere else and clean the inside ourselves then nearly everything be missed on the inside

I paid for the full service Ultimate package. Came in again because the inside of my car dashboard, console and door jams were not done. Manager came out and claimed my vehicle was absolutely filthy and they had Managers and other workers working on the inside of my car. I sat at the front and only saw one particular man. That she claimed multiple people were working on it. I had no trash in my vehicle no extra items in my vehicle, but she claimed my vehicle was filthy. I just cleaned it out myself on January 17 vacuumed and washed the vehicle and wiped what I could down because I planned on getting it detailed. These are pictures of before, and after, and you can barely tell a difference after I brought it down to get fixed. I even tried calling to explain it before I came because I understand things happen new people start and don’t know what to do. But being extra and blaming the customer for a job you did not complete is ridiculous. Also it maybe took 20 minutes for my car to get done the first time including the wash and claiming that it took multiple people and they worked on it for a long time shows even on my receipt that that isn’t true especially since I wasn’t the last c

October 28,2023 took my truck to sparkle brite car wash as I have for years taking my vehicles. Upon arrival I Tony the manager ask the attendant that pulls your car in if it would be ok guy says yes . So I go in pay for my wash . Few minutes later I get in the truck to leave I stop on side of the road to finish wiping rest of the water off and look down at my wheels that are 2 weeks old that are beat to pieces on th. go in told the cashe Gets Tony to come look at them he was like you just came threw . I said yea guy must’ve got it off center he looked at the wheels then says pull over here on the side the owners here Troy so he looks at them and says I’ll have to look at the cameras Tony the Manager standing there speaks up says they weren’t damaged when he got here I looked at them myself Troy tells him go back to work. And tells me come back Monday my sister does the insurance claims so I ask for number he gives it to me I come back Monday they were closed so I come back Tuesday his sister told me get a estimate so I did came back she calls later and says we are not paying for wheels only to have repaired so I ask for the owner to call me with no call back so I call Troy does

I have the "unlimited wash" package, the highest tier, most expensive package offered. I have been using this package for quite awhile now and was just informed today there would now be an additional 10$ "mud removal" charge per visit. I have never seen any notice of this extra charge nor was I told it was a possibility. In addition, after paying the extra 10$ "mud removal " fee there was still a significant amount of mud remaining on the vehicle! So, if your car is dirty don't use this "car wash" they only welcome clean vehicles!
